Description

Physical Appearance

Valiar's distinctive characteristics are its long horn, thick white neck fur and loopy ears. Its face sports a distinctive purple and grey panda pattern, with the ends of the two grey ovals around the eyes carrying on to make a loop pattern around the ears. Its ears have the ability to expand and boost their mind power. At the start of the tail is more white fur, in the shape of a star. The tail seems to curve towards the body, forming another loop. Up to its knees, Valiar has purple legs. These break off and become dark grey, giving the legs a boot-like formation.

Although nobody has managed to decipher their language, the Valiar are assumed to be extremely intelligent. The Arburian dons are still trying to come up with a scientific explanation for the way Valiar use their expanding ears to boost their minds.

Trivia

• Valiar looks very different in its concept art compared to its final design. The main coloration is a dark and light purple, and Valiar is generally depicted with a stripe pattern instead of a spot pattern. In addition, some key details like the thick neck tuft are not present. The eyes have a completely different shape and color compared to the final version.

• As of Early Access 0.9.4, Valiar is tied with Kinu for the highest base STA of all Mental Temtem.

Name Origin

• Valiar's name is derived from Vacio (Empty in Spanish) and Ampliar (Extend in Spanish).
