Description

Physical Appearance

Tateru is a tall, hamster-like Temtem. It's mainly sea-green and white in color with its back being sea-green and it’s front being white. There is no differentiation between where the head, neck, and start/stop into each other. Two large ears are atop its head with antenna-like structures protruding from the tips of its ears. The inside of the ears and the antenna tips are dark-sea green in color. Its eyes are small and beady positions in patches of sea-green that extend below the ears towards the front. A white stripe separates the patches going in-between the ears and connecting to the front. A small mouth sits at the base of this stripe. Its arms and legs are short and stubby, with no differentiation between where the hands/feet start and where the arms/legs end. The lower parts of the arms and legs including the hands and feet are sea-green in color. A dark sea-green spot is positioned at the top of each leg where they connect to the body. Each hand has two fingers in a V shape and its feet lack any digits and are more like stumps.

Despite their impressive height, Tateru are quite shy and not naturally aggressive. That's why they need proper training before battle. Wild Tateru are recognized for their upright position and sensitive antennae, always alert.
