Talk to the Cute Toddler in the house just south of the Temporium in Deniz. She will ask you to show her a Pigepic. Pigepics are found just north of Deniz in the Thalassian Cliffs. Capture a Pigepic and return to the Cute Toddler. After showing her your Pigepic, she will reward you with a revive.
