Story

The player meets Dr. Sasaya at the First Archipelagic Congress in Uhuru. She decides to accompany the player, Carlos, and Adia Turay to Cipanku on the Narwhal, aboard which they discuss their plans to attack the Belsoto flying fortress of Telobos.

After chasing the Belsoto away from Iwaba, the player meets Dr. Sasaya outside her dojo in Neoedo to talk about the current situation. She gives the player the quests In Memory of Max and Digital Vanishings.

The player returns to the dojo after completing the quests, and Dr. Sasaya challenges them to a battle. Afterward, the two of them travel with Carlos to the Onsenshima hot springs to discuss their next plans. She ends up sending the player and Carlos to Miyako Village to speak with the High Priest and find the Belsoto.

Dr. Sasaya is around 65 years old.
