Customization refers to cosmetic options for the player's character, as well as emotes and titles.

Cosmetics

Cosmetics are available during character creation and are purchasable in boutiques. This includes various hair styles, top clothing, bottom clothing, sets and bags. Most options have one or more dye slots available, allowing the player to change colors of these cosmetics. Cosmetics can not be sold to shops, but can in most cases be traded to other players. Hair styles and bag options chosen during character creation can not be traded.
