Chain Lightning deals damage to a single target then two other combatants in clockwise order from the initial target. The initial target takes 100% of the damage, the second takes 70%, and the third takes 60%. The chain of damage will fail to continue to the next target if the damage was blocked by the current target. Damage can be blocked if the target who would have taken damage has the EvadingCondition, has the Electric SynthesizeTrait, or, if the target is an ally, has the Friendship Trait.
